Brokerage License Preparatory Course

The Airbus – Boeing WTO dispute has allowed the US to impose tariffs on billions of dollars of EU Goods. From aircraft parts to wine, additional tariffs are abounding. In a typical year the Harmonized Tariff Schedule is revised 1-3 times. In the last 3 years there have been over 20 revisions. Section 232 and 301 tariffs are creating more and more legal work. The legal branch of Cahill & Dunn has you covered. Our Attorney is admitted to practice on the Court of International Trade. Mr. Cahill can represent you in Court, or in front of CBP, FDA, USDA, FCC, DOT, EPA, and other governmental bodies where you need representation. What separates Mr. Cahill is that along with his law license, he has also held his Customhouse Brokerage License for 26 years.
